Due to a limited number of slots, we generally give our local players early warning before sending out an e-mail to those who have attended or inquired about past events. With the venue we have been using, we only have room for 20 players. Once we fill up, we will gladly take names of alternates in case anyone has to drop out between now and the actual tourney. In previous years, we have ended up with 14-16 players, having exhausted our alternates a week or two prior to the event.
We are currently not taking names for the next event.
